This is non pigmented clear lacquer based on specially design modified resin cured with hardener. This is special product for aluminum formwork.
Scope
It provides excellent protection to Aluminum Formwork. It forms a durable air
drying, film over the surface. The product possesses good flexibility,
adhesion,
water and chemical resistance.
The basic element of Formwork technology is the panel which is a framework of extruded aluminum sections, welded to an aluminum sheet.
The panels are made from a high strength aluminum alloy, with the face or contact surface of the panel, from 4mm thick plate, which is welded to
a framework of specially designed extruded sections, to form a robust component.
Basically cement concrete material is alkaline with high pH 12 to 13. This is react on aluminum surface, at the time of concrete making process we are
adding
water it is react with tricalcium silicate (present in cement) it produce calcium silicate hydrate & amp calcium hydroxide.
The calcium hydroxide reacts with aluminum form Tricalcium Aluminates (calcium oxalate or tricalcim aluminates it does not occur in nature, but is an
important mineral pahse in Portland cement.)
at time of reaction release hydrogen gas then started corrosion on aluminum surface.

Application
Stir the base thoroughly; Mix 4 parts of base and 1 part of catalyst by volume to uniform consistency. Let the mixture mature for 15 minutes.
Stir it again before and during application.

If conditions dilute by adding Plasma TH-067 thinner up to adjusts application
viscosity 20-22sec. Use any standard equipment at an automising pressure of 3.2 - 3.8 kg/cm2. -
Airless Spray:
Preferable apply without thinning. If conditions dilute by adding Plasma TH-067 thinner
up to adjusts application viscosity 20-22sec. Use any standard equipment at an
automising pressure of 3.2 - 3.8 kg/cm2. -
Tip Size
0.33 - 0.38 mm, Tip Pressure - 110 - 140 Kg/cm2.
